1. Submersible motor, downhole pumping unit motor
Used for electromagnetic wire winding insulation and coil interturn insulation in oil and gas well environments with high temperature, high oil pressure, and immersion in crude oil.
Oil resistant, moisture-proof, preventing oil, gas, and water vapor infiltration, and avoiding PI film hydrolysis and aging, are standard insulation materials for oilfield motors.
2. Submersible motors and underwater special motors
Long term immersion underwater, relying on F46 fluorine layer to block water vapor and prevent insulation layer from being damaged by moisture.
3. Wind power traction motor, rail transit traction motor
High power variable frequency motor, resistant to high-frequency pulse voltage and high temperature, with coil insulation and phase to phase insulation.
4. Servo motors and special explosion-proof motors
A narrow and enclosed chamber, with an increase in working temperature, is wrapped in multiple layers and then thermally bonded to form a complete insulation structure.
2、 Special cables, aerospace wiring harnesses
1. Aerospace high-temperature cables, satellite wiring harnesses
Wide temperature range (-80~260 ℃), resistant to space radiation, low gas emission, conductor wrapped insulation;

1. High frequency special transformers, high temperature resistant reactors, military inductors
The insulation between coil layers, winding wrapping, and thermal compression molding result in strong overall insulation, moisture resistance, and resistance to partial discharge.
Ordinary pure PI film is prone to moisture absorption under high humidity conditions, while PI/F46 composite film has significant advantages.
4、 Heating element, electric heating device
1. Flexible polyimide heating film (PI heating sheet)
Composite F46 polyimide film on the upper and lower parts of the heating circuit, integrated with hot pressing packaging;
Advantages: Strong adhesion, stable insulation, high temperature resistance, widely used for equipment defrosting and instrument constant temperature heating.
2. Insulation packaging for PTC heating elements and high-temperature sensor probes

1. High temperature wire harness insulation for power batteries, insulation gaskets for battery cell terminals, and insulation isolation for energy storage modules;

Attention: Ordinary consumer batteries often use ordinary PI; F46 composite films are mostly used for energy storage and power battery high-temperature conditions.
